We need a 3 bedroomed (or possibly 2 large bedrooms) tent with a largish living area and canopy/porch area. Any recommendations? And, having taken it down in the rain, any tips on how do you dry it without a garden?

The Outwell Norfolk Lake springs to mind, but I don't know how you would dry it without a garden.
Other members have said the hang it on the handrail down the stairs........
Other options would be a friend or neighbours garden,or a nearby park.
Tbh,we use to have this problem, luckily our neighbour has a big rear lawn so we managed to dry it on there.
In the last few months we have extended our lawn and can now do the job ourselves.

Have a look here and see if there is something you like.

Drying is tricky without a garden but it is possible.

We have no garden either and also have large cotton pyramids. We were dreading the day when we bought home a soggy tent but last trip we were not certain that it was totally dry so out it came in the spare room and we managed to spread it out and get it dry

Had to throw it in the car and take it to a park to fold it up again but it is done.

You could also hang it over the bannisters, smile nicely at a friend with a garage or garden or pop out on a warm day to a park , pitch the tent and have a picnic while it dries.
