I think Vango are going to make green Tunnel Extension for 2010

This is the e-mail we had from Vango back in April:

'I believe you have been corresponding with my colleague regarding the colours of the tunnel extension and our website.

One of my roles within the company is to manage the website so I am probably in a better position to explain how it works.

Up until the first week of April our website showed that the tunnel extension was available in Laurel and Smoke, Laurel being a 'greeny' colour however this is different to Sage therefore we never did show the tunnel extension to be available in Sage. During the first week of April I found out that we would not be manufacturing the tunnel extension in Laurel therefore I deleted that colour option from the site.

I have checked the website this morning and yes you are correct, there is still a 'greeny' colour shown on the main image, this is Laurel, You will notice however that next to 'colours available' there is only one colour shown and that is Smoke. I will endeavour to get the Laurel image taken of completely today.

I sincerely apologise for any confusion this has caused you.

Regarding the possibility of the future availability of the tunnel extension in Sage, I have been informed by the Product Manager for tents that it will not be available this year but should be available next year as the tunnel extension was a very late addition to the Vango collection this year and therefore not many retailers bought it in which is why it is only available in one colour.

I understand your frustration as not being able to purchase the tunnel extension but if you want to tell me what tent you have I will be able to tell you what additions will fit and provide you images of how they will look on your tent. '
