Hi Janice,
If im not mistaken its a frame tent isn't it ? There was a post on here a while back about the same thing and the general opinion was not to bother contacting Sunncamp as they wanted about £5 for the instructions and then you didn't receive them, or something along those lines anyway.
If it is a frame tent and its second hand it may be worth checking that the previous owner hasn't colour coded the poles which may give you some indication if not then I am sure that someone from the frame tent fraternity will be able to guide you in the right direction.
