I wonder if anyone knows where one can see a Bear Lake 4 pitched? My parents are looking for one and would like to see it pitched first!!

They have them pitched at the yeomans outdoor shows.

See this link for a list of dates and locations.

We saw one last week and bought it from outdoor megastore today.

Tip: outdoor megastore price is £709 but they offer 10% cashback through quidco meaning you can get tent, footprint, and carpet for £700.

Alternatively "go outdoors" do a match and beat it by 10% offer if you buy their £4 membership card: their price is currently £719 but skcamping do it for £699 so if you take proof of this to gooutdoors (or just ring them) then they'll do it for £630 for the tent alone.

Nice tip thanks - didn't know Go Outdoors did the BL4 - I've only ever seen a BL6 pitched at our local store.

All the Yeomanns shows we've been two have both the 4 and th 6 pitched... See you are from Derbyshire... I think, but I've not checked, that the Ripley show is on at the moment - not been yet, but that had both last year..
