If you need them urgently, do you not have a camping store on the I.O.W? I needed a couple of replacements a couple of months ago, and my local(ish) store had the right ones in a clearance 'odds n sods' section, so they cost me next to nothing. Even if you have to buy a replacement set (about £8 in our store) they are cheap - you just cut them to the right length with a hacksaw. The benefit of buying them in a set is that the long, thin hooking tool comes with it. Makes life a lot easier...

Try looking at tentspares.co.uk - I got a quick(1 day via post)replacement on my Vango split pole - 12.7mm. You may want the tools to do it too. There are instructions there for pole replacement.
