I have just packed down my newly bought Ridgi Dome Ultimat e Classic, and have found that the aluminium poles that form the top of the bedrooms now have a slight bend to them. Is that normal?

I have uploaded a picture to make it clearer which poles I am talking about.

They will bend slightly when you connect to the ring and pins.Is there any damage to where the poles join each other/do they seperate easily.

No damage or difficulty separating them, I was only surprised to see those bends remained after it was taken apart.

We've got a 7 year old XXL, ours have a very slight bend in them, but they're shock corded ali, I think the later ones are grp ?? It's a Khyam, it's bulletproof mate, I wouldn't worry.

Just did a search on Khyam poles, as I've just returned from our first trip out with our new Khyam Harewood with VERY bent bedroom poles :( WE had a real downpour one night, and the water pooled badly on one side - I'm not sure if the poles bent as a result of this, or whether the water pooled because the poles were defective. I'll be contacting my supplier and Khyam asap!
