Although we are very excited about our new tent it has no instructions in it!

Does anyone know were we can get a copy of the instructions?

Do sunncamp give them out (wishful thining probably!)

You could try this, from the SunnCamp website ...

I have an old tent can I still get parts for it?

We have spares for most current models and will have spares for most recent discontinued models. Email our After sales department graham at sunnflair.com with the model, size, year and part required and we will do our best. You could always try your nearest stockist who may also be able to help.

Alternatively you can contact our After sales department on 01245 326624. As we are in a very busy period at the moment we are currently quoting up to 14 days for delivery on all spare parts.
