I got the tent from our local millets, they had sold out online.
There were a few around and I the shop said they could possibly get one in from another store for me.
Worth contacting your nearest store if you want one.

PJ camping had a few extensions.

Polly64. Thanks for your post, bought the Nevada M for £159.99 from Millets in Croydon today. Exchanged my 5 year old Tesco 2 man tent(probably bought it for £10)and got £40 off the sale price of £199.99.

What a great bargain

I have a Nevada m and would like a side or front extension. Don't know what to go for.

It looks like there are 2 types:

Outwell Nevada Side Extension - which some peolpe here have said does not fit the Nevada M only the Nevada L - can any one please confirm this as most web sites have the Nevada Side Extension as a extra for the Nevada M (all photos always show the Nevada L with the Side Extension).

http://www.intertent.co.uk/product_674-1-157_Outwell-Nevada-Side-Extension.htm

or this:

Outwell Nevada M Front Extension - which seams to be a custom fit for the Nevada M. Down side to this is it looks very big, do campsites allow you this amount of space? Also harder to put up and it costs more. A smaller version of this might be better.

also, has anyone got the extra poles for the front of the tent - to hold up the front flap, maybe for cooking this could do?

I'm pretty sure what you've read is correct and the side extension will only work properly with the L due to the different tent shape.

I'm gutted personally cause I got a Nevada M last year and now this year they've brought out the front extension that you linked in a different colour (cause I'm a perfectionist like that).

The tent doesn't come with poles to prop the front door up to use as a canopy so we have just used the poles from our old tent.

Hi,
The Nevada M front extension does not make the tent too big for sites.
Bear in mind even though the M extension is 280cm it starts where the edge of the side door is,so if you work out the overall length from back of the tent to the front of the extension it is 645cm which is fine.
My own preference would be to have the front extension,it looks great and would add a nice covered outdoor space to the tent.
On the other hand the side extension is 190cm deep, combine that with the tent width of 360cm and you have 550cm,which is too wide for most standard pitches(500cm)

PJ camping still had the front extension for £63.99 with free delivery so that's not bad, I see it was £89 on outdoor world!
