Hi Just set up my new sunncamp prism tent for the first time yesterday. It is really easy to set up but I wondered if bits were missing. The poles are just open at the bottom so that the pins don't really 'slot' in but more just flap around in there- are there supposed to be caps for the poles that have smaller holes for the pins to go into?

Thanks for the help

You have me thinking now!! I'm sure there are plastic bungs in the bottom with a small hole in for the pin to enter through. next time I check I'll let you know. chris.

There are not supposed to be any plastic bungs in the bottom of these poles, they are open ended steel poles which the pins go up inside. This works perfectly without any issue with the benefit of easier insertion.
