I've got the Quechua and looked at both the others you are considering.
Q is excellent for me and daughter. Lots of room in main area and porch big enough for stuff for couple of nights. Is very quick and easy to get up and down and doesn't let water in main area in rain even with front open (unlike previous Outwell Jersey.) That is true of both the other as well though.
I rejected Swift due to comments on tent review section of this site, esp touching outer and inner layers letting water in.
Karakum is pop up but you have to then hang the inner which removes most of pop up benefit in my view. I don't know for sure but was told the tent won't pack away if the inner is left attached so that wouldnt solve the problem.
Since getting the Quechua we've bought their standing height pop up 'Seconds Base' which is great and means the tent can be used for longer periods. In fact we are considering selling O'well Minnesota 4 as it is so easy and spacious.
We have just bought the Karakum and it is great for the odd night away. up really easy and easy to put away as well. no need to take bedroom out when packing away it can go away while attached
