Dont bother contacting them, a lot of people have found that they do not actually work anyway,ours has been stuck on 26degrees since we got it and the built in compass never moves LOL
Normally you would find it clipped near the front door on the outside.

Scotland must be a lot warmer than Holland, as our gauge always says 28 degrees !
In truth, it's there to kid you on that the snow and hail and horizontal rain outside is only in your imagination, and in Outwell Land, it's really Mediterranean weather. If you check the gauge often enough, you begin to believe it.
I want Outwell to design a rain gauge which always says "zero". I'd believe that too !
