We have spent all summer deciding on which smaller, one night tent to buy and have finally decided...only to find out it is being discontinued next year. Aaargh.

This obviously raises probs of replacement poles etc.

Wd we be daft to buy it?

Not really. Poles can be made up if not in stock . If faulty,it will be more difficult to find a replacement. Bare in mind it is still possible to find discontinued models from three or more years ago that are new .
