Hi world of camping are selling this tent for £329 but wondering if now is the time to buy or to wait to see if i can get one cheaper..are they likely to come down or just sell out?

i would be suprised if it went lower anna as that is a very good price for this year, i would buy it at that price if its what you really want.

If they have it in stock ring Go Outdoors tell them they will Price match plus another 10% off You will then get it for less than £300 (sorry my maths is cr**)

PJ Camping (advertise on here) had the monty 6 at £319 yesterday in St Albans

Also check Yeomans as there sale stock and prices are changing daily

I paid that for mine nearly two years ago.The price has shot up near £400 now!!

This is a great deal. The Monty is a great tent (I am biased) and you will not be disappointed. The prices could go down as the season ends but the price is good especially with the Go Outdoors offer above. You may find that by waiting it will be sold and next years prices may be more expensive. Another thing to take into account is the demand for this popular tent next year. I bought mine toward the end of a season. I had all sorts of problems purchasing the extension at the begining of the next season.

Expect a mega package deal somewhere this sale season . The tent by itself will probably nudge under £300. If it goes significantly under £300 , then it could signal significant changes for the 2010 Monty , knowing Outwell, it will probably be colour !!!

Bought a Montana 6 from GO OUTDOORS tonight. with the price promise deal it only cost £296.10p. They've sold out of the front extensions though. They were the cheapest I could find at £99.

last year Go Outdoors sold a limited supply of Montys at £199, this was towards the very end of the season, possibly sept/october time

Shame they haven't got the extras to sell cheap.

Also, I had to take the montana 6 back to them for an exchange. On erecting it we found it was made of 5 different shades of green. it looked like a patchwork quilt! Not very good  Q.C. I expected better from Outwell.Hopefully the replacement will be ok. Top marks for GO OUTDOORS, they were very apologetic and exchanged it without any fuss.
