I think you're right when you say it is not made for the UK market....Obi Camping do state that Gelert polycotton are nearly always manufactured for the Dutch market.

Couldn't find the exact tent but the first on here looks like a smaller version of it.

I think it's geat and you've found a real bargain....it's lovely!

I feel you will track it down if you search some more Dutch tent websites....perhaps last years stock?

The Bernina is a lovely little tent. Someone on thi forum has one but I cant remember who .

They said it was a fab tent though.

Isnt it annoying when you cant find info on a tent. I have googled it in Dutch and came up with the grand total of nothing :(

I have never seen it in any stores here or on websites but it is a lovely looking tent and I think Mr Dezzie has got himself a bargain :)

I was wondering about a different name too but I havent seen that tent anywhere. Kampeermarkt do some Gelert PC tents but not that one. We bought a tent from there and had a nosey (it is obligatory to have a nosey right? ) and the Gelert pcs were nice tents.

Havent seen Gelert pcs anywhere else though and we have been to alot of stores here (and looked at lots of websites).

I wouldnt be worried though. Gelert pcs are not common so it is no surpirse that there is not much info about them.

Thursday seems so far away though. You might burst with excitment  lol

Hi, I am the seller of your Linea 6 and I can confirm that it was manufactured primarily for the Dutch market (last year's I think), and not always that easy to get hold of in this country. I am a tent addict and bought this because I thought it looked amazing but my poor husband put his foot down at storing a fourth tent in our bedroom hence the sale!  

Being polycotton it is has a heavier feel but will be warmer in Winter and cooler in Summer than it's polyester counterparts and (if maintained well) should last a lifetime. To ensure it stays waterproof I would recommend treatment with Fabsil and never store it damp/wet.

Will do my absolute best to get it to you for Thursday but can't confirm exact delivery till after the Bank Holiday.

PC should be waterproof without any treatments.
