Hi i have this frame tent and just wondered where i could get a sun canoppy or extension for it, as well as the rubbers and a decent ground sheet

Hi Pauly & welcome to the forum

As Merry says, you can get replacement pegging rubbers in most camping shops. If your tent has a plastic loop attached to each pegging point, then I would advise that you get slightly longer rubbers to attach to the loops. However, if you don't mind a bit of sewing, and you want the rubbers to look like the originals, cut one off & take it with you to a camping store so that you can buy exactly the same size replacements. Then you can attach them with new tape, or unpick the old tape, slip the rubber through, then sew it firmly.

As for groundsheets:- I tried a PVC one in our Cabanon, but it stretched & wrinkled when we were pitched on a slight slope. Tried a cheap polyethelene tarp & wasn't too keen (but it now makes a great footprint groundsheet). Eventually bought a heavy duty tarp off ebay & we're really pleased with it. It looks like small squares all over it which are coated. It's much tougher & nicer to walk on.

Canopy......that's more difficult. We needed a new canopy for our small Cabanon, so I bought a Lichfield canopy from a lady on this forum, and I cut & re-sewed it to fit our tent - it looks lovely now. So look out for a Cabanon canopy if you can get one, but if not, be prepared to do a bit of sewing
