We have the yukon 800 and we did have a condensation problem on our outing in july (didnt bother using it last trip!) I wasnt sure wether it just needed a good re proof as it rained nearly all week .....I couldnt find a leak ,so put the water on the floor down to condensation because the kids spent more time playing inside the tent than usual. Not very happy tbh! We have used it before in long stretches of rain and not had a problem before.
As for the canopy there is a side canopy available that will fit a yukon or symilar style tent
This will do the job but I am sure there must be cheaper around! Our standard large canopy for the venture cost a fraction of this price at approx £25....
