Nice to see another new person & I know how you feel cos it's not long since I joined & I also was totally new to the whole forum thing (I'm rubbush with pc tech in general too) But don't worry, no-one will shoot you if you make a mistake as there's lots of very nice & real helpul people here.
Anyway to the matter in hand... I can't help with your enquiry myself, but this seems to be posted on the `Caravans' forum. You need to put it onto the camping one really. I think sometimes Ratty (or someone else?) the forum moderator shifts posts that are in the wrong place, but it might be best to go over there & do that yourself now. Then prob this one will be deleted. If this is wrong Ratty can shoot me instead !!!
ps how bout googling the manafacturer though & trying them ?

Pro action tents come from Argos so try calling or emailing them to ask if they have a copy of the instructions.

As Argos are the only UK importer of these Chinese tents, and getting spares even will be nigh on impossible, tbh you have more chance getting a copy of the Magna Carta.
Hopefully someone on here will email you a copy of the instructions.

If the products has never been opened they do offer a 14 day money back guarantee, but I wouldn't imagine that there are many tents that have never been opened/erected in that time.
I don't know how you would be fixed if the tent leaks and tbh these tents are not noted for quality, they do seem to appeal to the 'newbie' camper though.

Hi Andy, did you manage to sort anything out ? Sorry it seems no-one was able to help. I'd try the manafacturer direct if you can find their address (google maybe?) It might be an idea to ring Argos/look in their catalogue, personally I've found the Argos staff to be helpful. They may not always be able to do much, but they do try to do what they can.
Have no idea what these tents are like quality-wise, but we have often bought so-called `cheap' stuff ourselves as occasionally it's the more sensible/suitable option. If you really get into camping you can always `upgrade' later - or you may even find your tent is perfectly adequate anyway. Enjoy your camping, that's what it's all about, whatever brand your tent is - as long as it keeps the elements out - let us know on that one, & my fingers are crossed for you !
