Hello as anyone used this company ? they have a deal on tent i want never heard of them  will be an internet sale just want to play it safe. Been ringing tent companies all morning and can't get hold of the amazon 800 anywhere else17

 OH found comments on here by members saying there a great company(based canvey island ,Essex)  

so.........Vango amazon 800,,footprint and carpet £475   closest price i got to this was £557.97      so as i had a little spare money got a great deal on dbl vango bag,4 packs mushroom pegs and 4 packs of nylon pegs and still got some change shou;d all be with me tomorow WOW i'm chuffed to bits ..........I love this forum without you guys i wouldn't have trusted the company thankyou

They have a big shop in Canvey Island. I always come out with more than I went in for. I found them very knowledgeable in helping us choose our tent. Great aftersales- when one of the seams in the inner flysheet started to split while still under guarentee they sorted it out for us. They have plenty of tents and awnings on show inside.

Used the Essex store, very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Bought a hitch lock that didn't fit. No trouble changing it.

We have recently purchased a Outwell Nevada 3 tent, its fabulous,, cant get enough of it. No cleaning cookers, toilets, etc, everything is done outdoors. We love it. Only tiny holdback for this tent is the lack of cover if it rains. On a recent trip out the heavens opened and we had to completely zip up and take cover in my sisters Halfords tent which was waterlogged on the floor due to not having a sealed groundsheet, but was spacious enough for us all to sit and wait out the rain. Can anyone suggest a porch/canopy which will fit this model, we've asked in the usual places but to no avail.
