We're thinking of buying a Vango Amazon 800 and would like to hear any advice good or bad about this tent. Could anyone tell me if the guy ropes at the front of the tent under the canopy get in the way of putting tables etc. under.

Hiya Lisa we are now the new proud owners of the vango amazon
We pitched it in the garden over the weekend (its very impressive) and as we had the canopy on(this has 2 front guys attatched) which is apparently optional(zips on and off) we didn't use the 2 front guys attatched to the tent so had no space issues under the porch.
Hope this helps? if your still thinking of this tent i spent a whole morning last week ringing around just to get my hands on 1 but did feel we got a great deal in the end....just need to post the photos we took

We'll give it a go this weekend! Just love the layout of these tents and the big living area. Originally saw an 800 on show and then went for the 600 instead. Wanted 3 pods so that our two kids can either sleep in the same one or seperate if they choose!
