Can anyone tell me what the Outwell Warranty covers please? There is no info. on this with our new tent?

Its probably best to ask your dealer, as it should have been explained when you bought

Yes, we have had the clips which attach the fabric onto the pole snapped and also the side panel has come away at the seams.  Are these warranty covered?

what you are describing are manufacturing defects - these have to be covered. With such defects the tent is not fit-for-purpose.

Take it back to the shop and explain.If you paid by Credit card and it was over £100 you are covered by this too if you need it that is.How long have you had the tent?
