Hi and welcome to the forum!
I don't own the tent you are thinking of, so all I say is just my opinions, but this "bump" may at least bring it to an owners notice....
Firstly, have you read the reviews of the tent in the Tent Reviews section?
I have only skim read them, but judging by the average rating, as a tent, it seems a reasonable purchase.
Price seems ok (going by CURRENT prices, though did sell for £199 earlier in year), dependant on condition..... a good deal on a tent is only good, IF the tent is serviceable. Assuming its secondhand you ideally want some assurances its not damaged in anyway. Ideally see it pitched.... but being a BIG tent, that may not happen. Do some more in depth googling than me to check no one is still selling this tent, new, for £199 too.
Now......
Just looking at the specs and pics of this tent.... its big! That size would be the crucial issue for me if I were thinking of buying it.
Its late so I will do a pro and con list to summarize my thoughts... but wait for more opinions as thats all this list is!
PRO:
Massive living area, so great if you intend staying in/ around the tent during the days a lot.
Sewn in groundsheet (I believe), meaning bugs and drafts are kept out to some degree.
Separate rooms to split adults and or kids up as required.
Porch area to store muddy shoes etc. in.
CON:
Big tent! Some sites may have issues with it, *perhaps* even charge two pitch fees. I *personally* would not call that an easy to pitch tent. There are lots of people on here who no doubt would point to the massive tents they pitch solo or with little help.... even so, that tent would be damned difficult to put up compared to many other large tent designs, Ie. "tunnel tents". To put that beast up, I would personally want at least a couple of helpers and ideally nice weather.
Even with helpers, it will take some practice to pitch ....and take a while to pitch.

I would definitely make sure youneedsuch a big tent. Thats the biggest bit of advice I would give.
Do you need such a big living area, so many berths? etc. etc. having a large tent is great if your staying on the pitch for a while but can be a pain when pitching and dismantling. All things to consider.
If you do need a big tent that is easy to pitch, take a look at tunnel tents, or to keep the canvas fans on here happy , a canvas framed tent.
Anyway, do lots of research before the purchase and as I said, the review section on this forum is a great place to start.

No doubt some other forum users will spot this thread tomorrow and give you some more input. They are a helpful lot on here.
