I realise this must get very boring for some of you guys when threads get repeated, i apologise for this but i hope you will bear with me & offer some sound advice.
Ok .... After vowing never to return to sleeping in a tent again, we sold our caravan earlier this year to try tenting again, preferring the simpler & cheaper holidays.
I bought us polyester material tent to use a couple of times to ensure we are still "cut out" for it & it seems we are. I now want to upgrade the tent to something a little nicer for next year.
It needs to cater for myself, the wife, a small dog & very occasionally my 6year old niece to cater for.
I'm probably looking for the impossible, but i will list my ideal requirement & perhaps some of you folk can point me in right direction.
Canvas material.
Something with a big enough living area to allow a couple of chairs & a small table .... a bonus would be big enough to also allow cooking inside on odd occasion.
Plenty of windows - I cant abide being stuck in a tent without seeing out.
Able to stand up in at least the living area
Ideally weighing no more than 20kg .... though will consider heavier for right tent
Can be packed away by a single adult & compact enough to fit in an average sized car boot.
Stable in poor weather
Unconvinced at the moment whether a seperate inner bedroom area is required or not, so happy to consider tents offering both options.
The bedroom area (if it has one) needs to accomodate at least 2 carp fishing bedchairs with room to get in & out.
Budget - up to £300
Any advice would really be appreciated.

Take a look at the Chatsworth TC Polycotton Stable design, quick erect system video . Windows, head height in living area 4 berth bedroom, you can extend with an annexe should you wish.
The TC is non SIG
weight 27 kilos this is because of the polycotton, the polyester is only 17 kilos.
But - and here is the best bit - add the front extension ( you can at a later date ) and its a great combo - with space to live - eat when its raining - and ample berth for 4
Thanks for the responses .... I would prefer canvas over any other material if possible. Starting to narrow down a little now.
The Cabanon Guadalupe & Barbados look very good, but pricey for me
The Tourage 4.4mtr x 3mtr made by Bell Tent also looks excellent but worried may be a little small.
I see plenty of feedback on the Cabanon but nothing on the Tourag so very interested to hear any experiences with this one.
I'm still open to alternatives

I know you wanted canvas but have you considered an outwell utah (4 or 6) loads of windows, loads of room in the living area. They have been discontinued now so you might be able to get one for a good price, we got our Utah 6 for £200.00.
Hope this helps
