That Horizon 8 looks a good tent, and if you can get it at less than £200 its a bargain.
I don't think there's much difference between the quality of the Gelert Horizon and the Kyhan Ontario, they are very similar tents.
When I was looking at the Horizon8 in 2008 (the previous version) it was quoted as 5000mm HH too, but for some reason they downgraded the rating for last years model, but I wouldn't worry about that as a factor, 3000mmHH is enough and it's probably actually more than that.
The good thing about the Horizon: they added mesh to the outer doors last year which is a great addition, and it has the end door that you can open. I don't know whether the Khyam has these features.
The retailer looks reputable, and the brand is good. I'd say go ahead with it.
