HI Carole,

I spent £35 patching a tear  at the back of the tent last march!!

This is the mother of all tears complete width of the first roof panel as you enter tent.....wouldl it be possible to repair? also cost would be too high hence the  request if any one wants to sell  just the tent.

Hi

Probably far more than you'd want to spend, but there is a used complete Monte on ebay for £250 at the moment (if you are not close enough to collect, you could always arrange a courier pick-up).

Only seen spare pole sets for sale, not flysheets.

Helen

How long or how old is this montana.Iv had mine 2 years and used near on every 6 weeks(kids holidays)and only had a small hoe on inner door and some tiny ones in fly this autumn.
Saying that i would try to get one complete as above has said. You may recoupe by selling off your old poles.Make sure you see the tent in the flesh and give it a good inspect over.

I have Montana 6 for sale for £200 - have a look on the ads page. Also have the front canopy for sale.

Great tent! - just too big for us now.

Sounds a good offer from Siany, Campkeith, given the scale of the damage to your tent.... You could sell off what is good from your current tent on ebay to help pay for it or keep it as spares!

The structural integrity and strength of your tent will be reduced by the damage, as the fabric holds the poles up as much as the guys. Just covering the tear won't rectify this. You'd only need a windy day to have a problem.

Helen
