this is a general query 4 any owners,my parents purchased this particular tent last year.they have used it approx 4/5 times and had a few problems.the tent is a nice size with very large windows,this seems to be its down fall ,as everytime they unpacked it 4 the next trip a new hole through the plastic windows appeared.first on the extension section ,then on the side windows.i must state at this point they were very carefull when packing away (they are both pensioners) , we repaired these holes as best we could and decided to put up with this problem then on the final trip of the year, 4 nights in the new forest they had some moderate rain over night and woke up to find several puddles inside the tent ,which we traced to the seams,this was the last straw for my folks and have since made calls to kampa who cant deal with them direct only through the supplier,who has kind of promised a replacement any of you guys had probs???? cheers

We haven't had any problems with the windows. One roof pole snapped (could be me being too heavy handed), a secondary guy line anchor point came away, in torrential rain one seam leaked. To be fair Kampa do say in the manual that seam leakage is possible and to treat it with sealer. The dealer replaced the pole and sent the tent back for repair. Unfortunately we haven't had chance to use it since.
