I'd second the Kampa Bude 4 as a good tent, but double your budget at £199. Well worth it though!! The flysheet is extra quality (and reputedly outlasts most other makes in outdoor displays) and 4000HH. It has full stand-up height, sewn in ground sheet and many other top quality features, but quick to pitch and compact. May be worth considering if you can stretch to it. We have just put in an advance order for one - due out mid-March:
The Icarus 500 is popular though and selling fast. I don't know about the 400.
