The Oakland looks good but also consider the Outwell Nevada S (formerly called the Nevada 3, if you wish to look up reviews). Is some ways it is slightly larger than the Oakland. I've got on and really like it.
Watch out for fluctuating prices, however.

I bought a Beta 350 a couple of weeks ago from Caseys. It was a 2009 one for £59.99 - saved at least £25.00. I got a black one, but they had blue ones in as well at the same price. Going to put it on the back of the motorbike and take off for a trip.

A bit larger but ideal for 3 is the Licata 400. Spacious bedroom area which can be divided, standing height, massive windows, SIG and a good sized living area in case you all end up stuck in the tent due to bad weather! If you search the Net you can find it for under £100 - BARGAIN.

You look like you are going for low level camping, but just in case you want a small pitch size but standup option (footprint is shorter and only 40cm wider than our low level tent) have a look at the Kampa Bude 4, wrapped fibreglass poles, 4000HH, 1000D flysheet, separateable/collapsable inners, etc £199:
