It seems to me that all the lakes, that I have known and seen, that have the velcro patches to hold the blinds in place, suffer the same problem as both of ours and I just need to sort it out.
The little velcro tabs are only stitched along the edge of the window and so fold over at the top allowing the blind to gape and sag.
I dont want to stitch the tabs to the tent for obvious reasons and I had considered sticking them in place but I cannot find an adhesive that will not discolour the tent.
So has anyone come up with a solution or does anyone know of a glue that could be used to straighten up these damn little tabs ???

No !!! dont let this put you off, the Lake range are fantastic tents its just me being fussy. Most people would be fine with it I am sure but it is just one very small thing that does aggravate me thats all.
We have had a few different Lakes now and they have all been cracking tents. We did consider the Wolf Lake 5, as its only the two of us and the hound, but in the end went for the Bear 6 as it has just that bit extra width to it, but we do still prefer the enclosed sides to the WL canopy.
You will be pleased which ever one you decide on.

I tried that but the patches keep coming away, the adhesive didnt seem very strong on the one's I got, must have got the wrong make with dodgy glue !!!

Oh ummmm double sided tape or those sticky things that you get with bows (that you stick on pressies) that are always really hard to peel off, you must be able to buy just the sticky things somewhere?
