Been looking at one of these yesterday after going to Blakemere with the original plan to look at the Arkansas 5. Was enticed by a Montana and the Oakland XL.

Can anyone help me in which front extension would fit on this tent as there doesnt appear to be one specifically for this tent?

Any help gratefully appreciated.

looking on the outwell website it appears to me that they only make a side extension for the oakland xl not a front extension....

The Nevada M canopy looks like it may fit.

Same height but slightly wider. Not sure about if the tent to canopy fixings would still work, but there is an overall similarity in the Outwell shapes.

Mocha canopy on a green tent may not be to everybody's colour coordination taste though.

I've just bought the oakland xl and am too looking for a canopy to fit it. What a shame as it is a 2010 tent that the older one's have the choice of a canopy or side extension. Thanks for the info on the nevada m, I'll definately check this out. Also looking for a carpet that might fit this outfit!

I realise this is a new model, but based on dimensions/specs would this be a good weekend tent for a cpl and 8 year old. My gut feeling is , it may be too big (and expensive) for a few weekend outings. We are starting camping from scratch so would also need all the sleeping ware, cooking gear, lights etc..
The other options which I quite like, are the less expensive Vangos such as the Artemis or Icarus. I am 6'2'' so am looking for a tent with good height in the living area.
