I've owned this model for over 25 years and it is still a great tent, unfortunately for you I have no intention of selling it, although I've recently seen one on ebay that sold for £45, although it did seem a bit rough and had the nylon fly sheet not cotton.
You can still buy the mkIII new, but they are about £300.
If you do a search on Ebay for completed listings then you should get a rough feel for the current going rate.
We've got a 1970's Force 10 btw and frankly, we'll never sell it. Our first really expensive tent and too many memories, plus, my Hubby still uses it for Cub and Scout outings lol. Great classic tent.
dont know what the second hand rate for these tents is at the minute, but if you do get one i think you will be buying what i and many people think to be the best tent ever made, nylon or cotton flysheet they are the daddy of small tents...good luck
I bought a Force 10 mkII original 70's off ebay a couple of years ago...it had never been used. It's the best £90 i've ever spent.....I'll never sell mine, but ebay is probably your best bet
We're off to Wales in the rain....again...
------------- let's get lost, I know the way.....
Don't forget to leave a review of all tents you've used, for a chance to win fantastic prizes
I've just'unearthed' a Force Ten MK 2 LW , I'm guessing all the poles are present, but can anyone tell me if this model has only a single pole at the rear rather than A frame as the front entrance ?
Any advice would be appreciated.
