I would say that no tent is warm enough for use during the winter months, what ever you get it will be cold and you will require four season sleeping bags and some very warm clothing to stay comfortable
the other option that a lot use now is EHU and some additional form of heating, i dont think personally it is a good idea trying to heat a tent as it just wont work, put the heater off and the tent will be cold in minutes
if i was going to use a tent three or four seasons then i would be looking at a biscaya from Cabanon with a zip in ground sheet, I use cabanon frame tents and with no fixed ground sheet they can be draughty in windy conditions, and it the colder months there is nothing worse than a cold draft constantly blowing through the tent
