I must be lucky as my sons seem to be fairly indifferent to the cold at night.
Both have sleeping bags with comfort rating at least -2C.
Fleece pj's on airbeds.....normally rolling off them(bedroom area is carpeted) so using rollmats is pointless for us.
My eldest 6y/o tends to fight his way out throughout the night and in the morning he's half way back in.
Get them changed when they're warm and just before bed give them some warm food/drink....happy kids=routine.... change it for a camping routine of half a cup of hot chocolate/horlicks and a piece of toast.
