Does anyone use electric blankets?
Think long and hard on this one. A few people do use them but...you're going to be in a damp tent in a (possibly) wet field connected to campsite electrics that may not have been inspected for a while. You'd better be 110% sure your RCD and EHU unit are working well, put it that way. Also, if you use an electric blanket on an air bed, hot air expands, remember.
Lots of people use hot water bottles though. Highly recommended. Oh, and the Tigris is a good solid tent, easy to put up and a firm favourite round here. Good choice.

We've just brought this tent (first trip ever planned in a week or so!!),, was just wondering what people thought of it? We have got 2 Vango Adventure SIM's to try out too.
Can anyone recommend a decent table? We have decided against one of those with the seats attached and are just gonna get a table to go with the chairs we already have. Does anyone use electric blankets? Electric heaters? If so, do you leave it (heater) on all night?
We bought the Tigris 800 last year, and love it. It great for our family of four. One small thing is make sure you get some seam sealant, when we have had really heavy rain we have had a few small leaks on seams, but only took a bit of sealant to sort it. Other than that tent has stood up really well to all weathers!!
We also have the "tunnel extension" for it, a great addition for longer breaks. We also got a deal with the footprint ground sheet and carpet, and would highly reccomend both.
We take heaters but NEVER leave them on all night. When it colder at start of season we use hot water bottles. But we also have really good sleeping bags.
As for tables, we do have the picnic one, and like it alot, but our kids are still quite young, and it is not the most sturdy thing! We also take an assortment of other tables! We do have another large table, but rarely use it as it is too high to sit at for dinner on camping chairs!!
