The montana 12 isnt made anymore so its quite hard getting carpets etc for it.  I know the hi gear kalahari 10 caropet fits it and so does the gelert meridian 10 carpet - this is the carpet i ended up getting.  The montana 6 carpet is too big.

The extensions i donlt have - tho i know the universal outwell side canopy fits cos my mum has one for hers.  I was told that the vermont side canopy would fit but i haven't actually tried that myself.  Again the montana 6 extension wouldnt work as it has a front door and the montana 12 only has a side door.  It would fit on the tent but you would have to leave the tent from the side door and enter agin seprately into the extension if you see what i mean.

As for kids rooms - again i am sorry i don't really know as i don't have them.  I would think that as it is a typical bedroom pod - the universal 2+4 system that outwell uses in a lot of its tents - that others would fit but maybe ask someone at a camping store for a definate answer?
