I have recently purchased an Evolution 400 and am very pleased with it, however I wanted to add a canopy and wondered if any of you fine folks use a Vango Large Canopy with the Evo 400?

you could always try a tarp, but i had a bit of a disaster with one last year, despite pegging it out as taught as possible it filled with rain!
so this year i'm gonna try the Vango large canopy, and just in-case it doesn't work i'm going to get this one from ebay due to the good value price compared to other camping shops, so it won't hurt the purse too much to try it if it doesn't work.
i'm going away in 4 weeks, so if you're not going away until after that i can let you know if it works (and post pictures of course!)

Thanks JBR, I think I will take the plunge on that one too - going for a weekend to Osmotherly in a couple of weeks, so hopefully I will have a try out too!

no probs torrential1,
the seller "nearlynewtents" has it in Black too (although i thought it might get a little hot if it's sunny) plus an almost identical one made by Lichfield in green
i haven't taken the plunge yet but i'd better hurry up, although i have a horrible habbit of leaving things to the last minute
Yes we used it a couple of weekends ago and overall were very pleased with it
It took a little while to erect, but mainly because I didn't have time to check it out first at home, however I'm sure it won't take very long next time now we've done it once.
The weekend we used it was glorious weather-wise so it's difficult to judge how it would be in wind and rain - I suspect it would be a handful in strongish wind, though it was fairly sturdy once erected.
