I can't see how you'd get under the tape to remove it, withough first taking the tape off and that would give you one leaky tent, I suspect. You could try swabbing the affected areas with a dilute solution of Milton and then rinsing well but otherwise, I don't know what to suggest.

So....how extensive is it? If it's just a few patches and the tent isn't leaking then I'd try living with it tbh after trying the Milton in the hope it didn't spread.  At least for this season. Unless you have someone with asthma or mould allergies in the family. In which case, can the budget stretch to a new tent? Because if you can't get under the tape to kill it properly it will reactivate every time the tent gets wet. It won't hurt healthy folk but it's unsightly and in time spread into the flysheet lamination, and the tent fabric will start to fail.

HI Big L,

As Val mentioned the best thing to do, is to kill off the mould spours with a very dilute solution, too strong and it could fade the fabric around the area. Unfortunatly even if you removed the tape, which is really a no no, you may still find the marks are visible as mildue is a real pain.

As long as no one has allergies leave it, and learn from mistakes.
