Hi,i am looking for a tent that is very dark inside as i get woke up early by the light as soon as the sun rises and cant get back to sleep,anybody have the same problem?can anyone recommend me a dark tent,or one with dark sleeping pods.Thanks

Morrisons sell a sleeping kit with a pair of ear plugs and an elasticated eye mask for 99p. Worked for me.

Why don't you try an eye mask, it'll be a lot cheaper.

The Kampa Ultimate Range of tents have "Sleeptite" inners with grey and part reflective linings. They also line the flysheet around the bedroom inners of some of these tents with an insulating coating as part of the "Sleeptite". They are supposed to be darker and keep the inners cooler in hot weather and warmer in cold weather. We will be trying ours this weekend.

Tried the masks before but find them annoying,the kampa tents look interesting but they are very expensive,are there no tents with black roofs about?i guess they may be too hot,

Try something like the Pro-Logic Carp Fishing Bivvy. Will take x2 beds comfortably & has a thick fly-sheet making it dark inside really well. We use ours for short trips away for just the two of us.

The Vango Hurricane has a dark green / black flysheet (it's orange inside though!)

Google 'blackout tent'. There are a few on the market, mainly aimed at festival campers I think.
