This tent is new for 2010, therefore, I believe the amount of information available will be limited.
I am not au fait with the Flashtouch pole system, therefore, I cannot comment.
However, I can put up the Freelander easily on my own, and I am only 5'2.
With regard to your choice of tent in terms of layout, the Scafell 400 does not have any living area to speak of, and it is not standing height.
If the weather is miserable, you and daughter will be stuck inside the sleeping area, which, IMHO, will be no fun at all.
If your heart is set on this tent, then I would advise getting the Khyam Atrium to give you some extra living space in the front.
