Many manufacturer's base there bedroom sizes on camping mats which are only 50-60cm wide, so be a bit sceptical when they say it's an 8 berth becasue realistically it will probably only accommodate 6.
Having said that we have a Khyam Ontario 8 which can comfortably accommodate 8 x 75cm wide airbeds in 3 bedroom pods (2+2+4) and the 4 berth pod can be divided with a curtain.
Some good makes to look at are Khyam, Outwell, Vango, Gelert and Sunncamp.
A word of warning when tent hunting - some site don't accept tents over 5m wide or if they do they will charge a premium or even for 2 pitches so it's just something to be aware of!!
