Do not be afraid,
Follow the video, make sure you turn the pole to release the notches, you may need a little force to push the pole out of the hub. It will also need a little force to get it back in as it's a tight fit. It's not easy but it is do-able. When it's done will be as good as new. Just make sure that when you replace the pole you put it back in the same as it came out, so that when you turn the notches it is aligned, or you will get to do it all again
Yep I put it back in wrong way and had to do it all again
Did think next time will use a marker pen before taking the pole out, not that I intend making a habit of it.
