Anyone used one? How good are they - how water resistant, do they blow over easily etc?
Want something I can cook under when it's p-ing down, that doesn't cost as much as the tent! (Occasional use)

Hi MummaP & welcome to the forum

I'm not speaking from experience, but the Eurohike tarp is 1000 hydrostatic head which is higher than the HD on your tent, so it certainly won't leak. You may need to use better pegs than the ones supplied, but if you guy it out well it should be fine in all weathers except a very high wind.

Thanks. The hydrostatic head on our tent is actually 3000, I understood it has to be above 1000 to be waterproof - hence the question. But thanks a lot for the help; you say "better pegs" - what does it come with?
