I recently had passed to me an old frame tent. It is in great nick and can easily sleep 6 or more people just what I need for my camping trip next week. Upon inspection and putting it up the inside groundsheet and inner tents have suffered from dampness and were not up to my standard so have gone in the bin. This leaves me with a nice big frame and perfect fly sheet but with no internal sleeping compartments or ground sheet! As I'm going next week time is of the assence. Any tips of what I can do or what to buy which would do the job.
Thanks

Yep, I think you were a little premature throwing the inners, and as Val said, plenty of tarps available... just gaffer tape them together if you cant get one big enough.
------------- (Quechua popup addict!)
Planned for next year, hopefully!
Summer Solstice wild camp.
Chilled in a Field, July.
Crantock, August. Fouth year with the fantastic Quechua Base Seconds 4.2!
..... and the odd night wild camping in my Argos 1 man tent...
Get yourself or the oh down to Lidl tommorrow they have still got some large tarps available at silly prices, then with a Stanley knife and a strong hole punch you are away!

I bout a really cheap nylon dome tent, and just used it free standing inside the tent. I also have a small canvas dome tent that I have used inside my 5mtr bell tent when solo camping last winter, as I could not afford the proper inner for it.
------------- Canvas tent, paraffin light, petrol stove. Heaven
I'd rather be kayaking.
Spent up, not pent up, just had my new tent up.
