The Kalahari and the Gelert Meridian (the tent it is the 'cheaper' version of) both have very good reviews. Not entirely sure what the difference is between the two, the Hi Gear sells for the same price if not dearer, but obviously has the Go Outdoors frequent offers. I think the Meridian has a higher HH too. Oddly the Hi Gear has the edge on the reviews - perhaps as a 'cheaper brand' tent people have lower expectations? :)
Shame though, the Kalahari 10 was £189 in the sale last year!
I'm not sure about the Ontario 8 as it seems to slope over the bedrooms.
The Wynnster Raven hasn't got very good reviews, most agree the groundsheet, windows and flysheet rip very easily.
Ladyshopper - is the coupon you mention not for the North Face equipment?
I do like the look of the Wynnster Marseille, although lack of reviews is offputting.

Not that it matters, but the Ontario 8 is the same dimensions as the Gelert Horizon, it looks to 'slope' towards the ends, but that's because it's 15cm taller in the middle (225cm), they must still be 2.0m+ at the ends, and the Khyam is 5000mm HH.
There are so many variations of the tunnel tent at the £200-£230 price range, it does make your head spin, or I guess it gives you plenty of choice!
I did love the Kalahari 10, it seemed very very roomy, and someone mentioned it was once on sale at £189!! If they do that again, I may be tempted!

Well folks we bought the Kalihari10 in April for £199 from Go Outdoors , now due to circumstances we have not managed to try it yet ( hopefully we will in two weeks time) but i have to say we think it's a massive tent with bags of room and if it doesn't leak then for £200 i think it's an absolute cracker and if you look at the great reviews they can't be bad.......i hope
There is plenty of room in the Kalihari 8 or 10 , the problem is we all (me included) want to take full size airbeds and the like when we go camping but if we were only using matts or similiar there would be loads of space
Like i say it looks terrific value for money ( although i would never pay the suggested RRP for these tents)
After looking i think the Kalihari is a nicer looking tent than the Kyham Ontario and the Ontario seems to have sloping bedrooms and shaved corners
