Assuming that nothing fundamental pole wise changed between the "3" and the newer "S" models the current "S" poles sizes are 9.5mm / 11mm / 12.7mm.
That would make sense to me given the measurements Fotogen estimates based on the ferrules.
All you have to do now is work out how many Outwell pole kits you will need to buy. This may only be one for each size as they have 11 poles per kit and my Nevada M has 11 sections per pole (a kit comes with a good length of shock cord too and spare ferrules).
Given that all the above is true it looks like you are talking about £85 ish.
