I think I may posted about this before, as I had the same problem with mine on the first two pitches.

I found the back corners were lower, although towards the centre of the back they were OK. On the third pitch, the ground was perfectly level, and I still had the same problem.  I slackened all the side and rear guy lines, and just kept tightening the front pair of guys till the rear corners were perfect. I then went round re tightening the other guys, and all was OK

I've got a djakarta and have found that the back tends to be lower than the rest of the tent. I first pitched it in the garden which has a bit of a slope so I thought it was due to this. But when I went away the pitch was level and it still seemed lower at the back.

I'm going to get some line locks for the guy ropes which should make it easier for tweaking and hopefully I can get it ok next time.

Great tent though I'm really pleased with it.

The easiest way to build it op is to

1. attach the ground sheet on the grass with your peggs.
2. attach the outer tent on the grass with the pegs. (use the groundsheet as guide)
3. Click the pole together and place it in the tent. You will see that it will stand on his own and it will not fall.
4.tension all the guy ropes.
5. Place the poles for the door area.
6. Attach the inner and the work is done.

This is probably the best way to pitch the Eldorado or simular tents.
