I have just been camping in my Coleman 9 man tent which was lovely to feel like I was in a mansion. I now require a 4 man tent for the two of us to quickly pitch and enjoy and save the larger one for family events. Are the afore mentioned much of a muchness? I thought Outwell were tops and Coleman and Vango on the same par.

Thanks

Matthew

Depends on who you ask!!!
Personally I'm a Khyam girl but I also LOVE my Licata 400 which is perfect for a couple - suggest you take a look at it!!
It is an Easy Camp tent which come from the Outwell stable so excellent quality.

It also depends on which range you are talking about? Not all Outwells/Vango's are the same. Best thing is to see the tents pitched if you can and then decide.

I have been looking at a quicker pitch tent for short trips and top of my list at the moment is the Gelert Ottawa. It's got loads of (head)room, plenty of ventilation and mesh doors all for about £100 - 125.

Hi ,

In my experience Outwell are the best quality ;the green tent range is heavier than the brown. Coleman and Vango seem to be about equal in terms of quality. I'd go for an Outwell!
