Dettox mould and mildew spray to spot treat it first, only leave it a few minutes , then quickly into the machine , on a cool quickwash cycle. should remove all the mould spots and will kill the spores. Drip dry and air thoroughly.
Make sure the tent is completely bone dry before storing in future, and check the guylines, if they are damp they will cause damp even if the tent itself is dry.
If guys are damp when packing up , but the tent is fully dry, remove the guylines before packing and dry them seperately.
once you get mildew on the outer tent, its very difficult to reove , as you cant really use any detergent orchemical on the outer without affecting the waterproofing.
