What about the Vango Columbia 600, SIG, 5000HH, steel poles, enclosed side entrance/porch, 2/3 bedrooms, large open living area, Vangos TBSII internal strapping system clipped in place in very windy weather, low level vent system, etc etc. Discontinued this year but still a few around for about £280 (RRP last year £450) and the carpet, footprint and canopy (in sage) for the 2010 Sungari 600DLX will fit. Someone on the review page got a real bargain price for one recently. We love ours and actually think that it beats the competition at the moment!
BTW - there are some sage Vango Wide canopies with steel poles (the original ones designed for the tent) currently selling new on eBay
(Note - some advertising photos of the tent show fibreglass poles. Vango changed these to steel poles early in 2009, so they are most definitely steel poles. The incorrect pictures may explain why there are still some available)
If you have more money to spend - also have a look at the Kampa range - especially the 100D Ultimate range - the 100 denier flysheets will potentially double or more the life of the tent (under UV radiation) relative to other makes. Full of other top end features...
