You are correct about the Minnesota extension, but they are like rocking horse poo.

Someone has successfully used a Vango Icarus 500 extension of which there are some good photos here. This looks like a good bet, and easy to get your hands one. 

 I am in the same situation having just purchased a Virginia 5 and needing an extension. I have just been onto the Yeomans site and did the "online chat" with a customer services adviser who has told me that they are currently seeking a price from Outwell for an extension for the Virginia and that hopefully it will be available in Feb.2011

As we only have one more trip planned this year I am going to wait.

Well that is slightly encouraging as this is a popular tent and thus this is an often asked question. I hope there is some substance to this.

They need to get a deal sorted soon as I would imagine that Outwell would need to get a design and the manufacturing sorted about now to meet the next season deadline.

I hope know one waits in vain.
