PS I'm really looking forward to testing the Eldorado this weekend. My first canvas after years of waking up in a plastic oven at festivals and other such occasions. I think the sun will shine this weekend to provide a real indian summer test
Astonishing! Ordered Sunday night delivered 9am Wednesday morning.
Gasped when I took the weight of it from the postman (must be getting old) and then opened the parcel to check it out.
It was just as described but took a minute to get used to the pale grey colour (going to have to keep that clean). All the stiching was good and straight just the odd loose thread to brush off.
Later in the afternoon after the showers had died away out in the garden and spread out on a ground sheet.
Absolutely no difficulty to pitch just time spent attaching the myriad of guy lines (I'm quick doing bowlines now) and astonished how they do it for the money.
Bigger than I thought with room for 2 double airbeds. The bottom flaps turn in to make a seal against the ground sheet, don't think there are going to be any drafts. Well we'll see when we try it out for real next week.
